How to Use / Ask METOBEE AI anything
The app has a lot of features, and it isn’t always obvious where to tap. Just ask in the AI tab.
01 Try asking like this
Short and specific works best
- “Tokyo Station to Omotesando without transfers” โ finds routes matching your condition
- “Show me the Otemachi timetable” โ opens the station info screen
- “I bought a pass and want to register it” โ takes you to the pass selection screen
The trick is to name stations precisely and ask one thing at a time. It isn’t perfect yet and will occasionally answer oddly โ if two or three tries don’t land, it’s faster to go to the Route or More tab directly.
02 Report wrong info or app issues here too
Submit straight from the chat
Station data looks wrong, or the app is misbehaving? You don’t need to dig through menus. Say so in the chat and the enquiry form opens.
Type something like “the Tokyo Station exit info is wrong” and the AI brings up the form. Add your email and details, attach a screenshot if useful, then tap Submit.
What you send feeds into data corrections and future improvements.
